民主行动党全国组织秘书兼士布爹区国会议员郭素沁2 8-9-2011（星期三）於吉隆坡发表文告。 (吉隆坡28日讯）民主行动党士布爹区国会议员郭素沁� ��出，首相纳吉不应夸耀和自行宣布“公益从心，教� �至上”公益金，从明年开始每年至少可以拨出1亿令� �，作为回馈和推动教育发展事业。 她说，这项公益金是来自企业家收购大马彩後设立，� ��吉不应该误导群众，以为这项教育拨款是由政府或� �阵分配，纳吉没有这个权利“自我吹嘘”。 她也对纳吉宣布，将会把基金分发给与国阵关系密切� ��学校感到遗憾。纳吉说：“这些基金将会分配给那� �与政府有密切关系的……政党如马华丶民政党丶国大 党和非政府组织……以确保基金可以公平分配。” 也是民主行动党全国组织秘书的郭素沁今日发表文告� ��，纳吉发出的讯息很明确，意即“如果你支持马华� �民政党丶国大党和国阵的附属非政府机构，我将颁发 教育基金给你的学校”。 她表示，这番谈话就与纳吉在砂州诗巫补选时，发出� ��你帮我，我帮你”的臭名远播言词如出一辙！ “此外，如果这个公益金确实是一项私人基金，以及� ��有任何形式的政治庇护，那么基金的分配应让它的� �托人自由决定，而不是由纳吉或国阵规定。” 郭素沁说，人民已清楚知道，政府在这麽多年来，一� ��边缘化各源流母语学校和教会学校，拒绝拨款给它� �，以致它们被迫自行筹措基金，但却慷慨的拨款给国 民学校。 “根据政府的统计，从1991年至2005年为止，国民学校� �每名学生可获得1千106令吉，国民型华文学校的每名� �生只获得146令吉的拨款。” 她指出，各源流母语学校和教会学校的学生也是大马� ��民，他们的父母也是纳税人，可是，这些学生获得� �对待却是非常不合理。 她呼吁纳吉兑现“人民优先”的承诺，停止对各源流� ��语学校和教会学校，继续施以不公平待遇的政策。 她也呼吁该公益金的捐献者，维持和保有分配该基金� ��自主权，不应受到国阵任何政党的影响。“教育是� �项公益事业，它应该超越政治和党派，马来西亚的孩 子应该获得更好的。 ”
